- Serve as a subject matter expert on El Salvador labor and employment laws, ensuring compliance in HR practices and employee relations matters.
- Advise and support leaders on a wide range of employee relations issues, from routine to highly complex, aligning with company values, policies, and processes.
- Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition on promotions, salary changes, position updates, and employee data accuracy.
- Support and enhance existing employee engagement initiatives; design and implement new programs to improve employee retention and overall engagement.
- Participate in and support company‑wide talent processes, including goal setting, performance management, and annual review cycles.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead or support special projects and ad hoc assignments in alignment with broader HR and corporate initiatives.\nQualifications\n- Strong working knowledge of El Salvador labor laws and employment practices.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing employee relations cases ranging from simple to complex, within a professional or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in policy development, implementation, and periodic review.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) — required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Process‑improvement mindset and comfort working with AI‑enabled tools and technologies.
