Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Provide order fulfillment for the adidas Group's Distribution Centers.
Responsible for continuous process improvements in order fulfillment topics and ensuring on-time availability by coordinating supply and demand within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage confirmation process and allocation of sales orders in the correct sequence, including delivery note creation.
Follow up on all decisions and activities related to this process.
Monitor and report weekly on open orders, including proposals and recommendations for the flow of goods.
Serve as process owner for OB Overdue and OB Cleansing.
Monitor that pre-sale loads from all channels are accurately reflected in the order book, ensuring feasibility through RID checks and RDD guidance.
Act as the point of contact for customer service inquiries.
Collaborate closely with inbound teams to understand processes, especially for backup of inbound planning.
Support cross-functional, multi-branded departments and all market regions with order book activities.
Analyze order book fill rate and work across functions to meet KPI/delivery targets, including OTA, COTAi, and COTA.
