We serve medium size and enterprise clients with complex sales processes, providing tools to maximize ROI through smarter lead and call distribution for customer acquisition and lead/call monetization.We're looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager with strong SaaS and demand generation experience to join our growing team.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content, and acquisition channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive growth across enterprise client segments.Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to create campaigns that resonate with complex B2B buyer journeys.Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to develop and optimize strategies across LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, events, and email outreach, ensuring campaigns drive measurable results.Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, from audience targeting through campaign execution and measurement.Work closely with sales to align campaigns to revenue goals and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.Lead experimentation and testing frameworks—even in low-traffic environments—ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.Provide campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and areas for improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new channels and tactics to reach enterprise decision-makers.RequirementsRequirements5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years at a large SaaS company targeting enterprise clients with complex sales cycles.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Proven expertise in multi-channel acquisition, including social, content-driven, and outbound strategies.Hands-on experience collaborating on campaigns with LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, email outreach, and live/virtual events.Strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration.Demonstrated experience collaborating daily with content and design teams to bring campaigns to life.Skilled at A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization, even with limited traffic.Ability to share examples of well-executed campaigns with measurable outcomes.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to measure impact and refine strategy.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across departments.BenefitsWhy Join Phonexa?
