- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
- Ability to decompose the strategy in a set of the operated actions and provide their performance;
- Ability to understand customer’s requirements and transform them into structured documents;
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles;
- Ability to speak the same language with all stakeholders, especially from the business side;
- Ability to work with constant change requests;
- The perfected skills of interaction coordination between the customer and internal divisions, the ability to communicate and speak the same language with the Project Team;
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department;
- Ability to motivate the Project Team and find an individual approach to each performer;
- Be psychologically balanced and resistant to the fast-changing environment;
- Excellent Team and Communication Skills;
- Advanced level of English;
