We enable finance teams to handle complex data, reduce manual work, and make faster, more informed decisions.\nYou must have native or near native-level English language skills to be considered.\nAbout the Role\nVivid Reports is hiring a highly accountable Strategic Content Development and Distribution Manager to build and operate our content marketing efforts.\nThis is a hands-on execution role responsible for creating high-quality content, publishing it through WordPress, and ensuring it is effectively distributed through social and digital channels. The role owns the entire content workflow, including planning, writing, publishing, repurposing, and distribution. You are a content developer, you have a strong marketing background, and you understand how to scale the channels of delivery.\nThe right candidate can work remotely with minimal supervision and is capable of building a repeatable content system that consistently produces multiple meaningful pieces of content each week.\nThis role requires both content creation and content operations discipline, meaning that publishing quality content is one part of responsibilities. The candidate must also ensure the content reaches the right audience through effective distribution and social engagement.\nCore Responsibilities\nContent Strategy & Planning\nOwn and maintain Vivid’s editorial calendar\nDevelop blog topics aligned with product capabilities, customer problems, and industry trends\nProduce content that appeals to multiple audience segments, including executives and finance professionals\nEnsure content reflects Vivid’s tone, positioning, and messaging\nContent Creation\nWrite and edit high-quality blog content focused on financial reporting, ERP data, budgeting, analytics, and finance workflows\nProduce multiple blog posts per week or an equivalent content mix\nInterview internal and external subject matter experts to translate insights into clear, usable content\nRepurpose long-form content into smaller assets such as social posts, short articles, and email copy\nCMS Management\nPublish content independently in WordPress\nMaintain proper formatting, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO basics\nManage blog layout, images, tags, and page structure\nEnsure content quality and presentation are consistent across the website\nSocial Media & Distribution\nBuild and manage Vivid’s content distribution rhythm across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn\nRepurpose blog content into social posts designed to drive engagement and visibility\nGrow Vivid’s social reach through consistent posting and audience engagement\nPerformance Tracking & Improvement\nMonitor content performance through Google Analytics and identify which topics and formats perform best\nAdjust editorial strategy based on audience engagement and traffic signals\nContinuously improve content quality, distribution timing, and topic selection\nQualification for Success\nYou must have native or near native English language skills. All your writing and interactions with staff and clients will be in English.\n3–5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B software or business technology alongside 3-5 years in marketing.\nDemonstrated experience operating a content publishing system\nProven experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot\nProven ability to produce consistent blog content for professional audiences\nExperience distributing content through social channels, especially LinkedIn\nExperience working remotely with minimal supervision\nFamiliarity with SEO fundamentals including keyword targeting, metadata, and internal linking\nExperience using AI tools responsibly to accelerate content production without reducing quality\nExperience marketing to finance leaders or accoun
