- Manage the client interface, including value proposition presentations, commercial strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional opportunity pursuit teams, engaging Project Development, Product Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Product Services.
- Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including pricing strategy, risk assessment, and project cash flow analysis.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Siemens Energy as a preferred provider.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing insights and leadership to drive growth initiatives across the Latin America region.\nWhat You Bring\n- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or capital projects.
- Proven experience in new unit sales and business development for rotating equipment or large capital projects, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of machine design, thermodynamics, and compressor and/or gas turbine applications.
- Excellent client-facing presence, negotiation skills, and a strong customer-driven mindset.
