Make It Possible.You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.
Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, and pallets management.How You Will ContributeReview and analyze stock inaccuracies to ensure accurate stock alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems, based on stakeholder information.
Analyze capacity utilization, performance, and KPIs, introducing corrective measures as needed.Work with service providers to ensure punctuality and completeness of deliveries, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life management, support reduction of write-offs, and seek productivity improvements.Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, especially in continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.Build and provide full-cost analysis (annual budget), risks, and opportunities.What You Will BringExperience with Microsoft applications, especially ExcelEnjoys teamworkExperience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an assetAnalytical thinkingGood knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3Additional RequirementsIntermediate English (desirable)Advanced Office package skillsKnowledge of SAP (desirable)Analytical skillsProactivity, curiosity, and autonomyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork location: Planta PachecoSchedule: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm onsite, short FridaysNo relocation support available.About our Business Unit: Mondelez Southern Cone operates in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, producing over 40 brands including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury, Tang, Cerealitas, Terrabusi, and Clight, with over 2,600 employees across two production plants and offices.Visit to learn more.Mondelez International is an equal opportunity employer.
