Position Summary:We are seeking a confident, motivated Remote Cold Caller to join our outreach team. In this role, they will be responsible for making outbound calls to construction contractors, introducing them to our services, and setting up follow-up appointments for our sales manager.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong phone skills, a persuasive personality, and experience in cold calling or lead generation—especially within the construction or B2B space.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to targeted contractor lists dailyIntroduce our services (takeoffs, lead subscriptions, MWBE support)Qualify firms and schedule follow-up calls or demos with the sales managerMaintain accurate call logs and notes using our CRMFollow call scripts and objection-handling techniques while adapting to conversation flowMeet daily/weekly performance targets (calls made, appointments booked)Qualifications:Fluent in English with a clear, professional phone presencePrior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound salesStrong verbal communication and persuasion skillsReliable internet connection and quiet, distraction-free work environmentComfortable using phone dialers, call tracking tools, or CRM systemsConstruction industry experience is a plus , but not requiredSchedule:Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9am–5pm EST)
