You will combine pre-sales expertise, including proposal preparation and client engagement, with hands-on project delivery and client relationship management. You will also launch teams, establish effective workflows, and build strong bridges between clients and delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration. A key part of the role will be driving teams toward autonomy, technical excellence, and consistent client satisfaction.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget;- Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control;- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction;- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities;- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and career development;- Implement best practices in project management (Agile/Disciplined Agile), continuously improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;- Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;- Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team promotions and internal career progression;- Coordinate recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to build strong project teams.MUST HAVES- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;- Proficiency in project management software and tools;- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;- Upper-Intermediate English Level.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.- Competitive compensation: We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.- A selection of exciting projects: Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.- Flextime: Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance,
