Do you find yourself struggling to find a job that fits your undergraduate education? If so, you would excel as a Compliance Services Associate. This is a great opportunity to start your career as a go-to client resource for the Compliance Services clients. You also help coordinate communications internally to ensure a positive experience with timely responses and solutions.What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?
- Adhere to all client deadlines in order to meet all regulatory deadlines and needs
- Import and reconcile data based on client needs
- Ensure all client-specific needs are well documented
- Provide training to our clients as needed to navigate our software solution
- Perform timely and accurate submission of remittances to federal and state agencies
- Identify process improvements and offer suggestions to build internal efficiencies and reduce riskWhat We Need From You:- Basic computer software knowledge; strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening and documenting client needs
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non-technical audiences
