- Work-in-process planner for the Northern Cluster.
- Collaborate with the supply chain planning lead and the purchasing department to develop inventory and safety stock strategies.
- Proactively communicate and escalate potential supply issues (e.g., risks and recommended solutions) to the supply chain planning lead and the cross-functional team. Participate in the cross-functional team's local meeting, ensuring that issues are escalated in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Plan material inventory control to guarantee service and avoid unwanted excess stock. Proactively analyze minimum order quantities (MOQs) and supplier supply chains to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, resulting in working capital reductions across the supply chain.
- Collaborate on achieving KPIs and making provisions for work-in-process write-offs. Support this by regularly monitoring expiration dates and transitions to avoid impacts on the profit and loss statement.
- Support and promote actions aligned with commercial strategies: identifying deficiencies and scaling up decisions that affect service or costs.
- Education: Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum with 2 years' experience in Supply Planning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze all types of data and present results effectively
- Proficiency of MS Excel, Power Point, SAP R3/APO/Kinaxis
- English level: High Intermediate or Advanced
- Teamwork.
- Planning/Organization: Prioritizes and plans work activities, sets goals and objectives.
- Ability to connect with other functions and implement improvements in the overall process.
