\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\n
- Oversee freight invoices for North America exports, imports, and Cruise for Ecolab and Nalco.
\n
- Investigate invoice processing issues, identify root causes, and support resolution to ensure 98% on-time payment.
\n
- Manage email inbox for new invoices and questions from carrier partners and internal teams.
\n
- Partner with carriers to manage monthly SOA reports and resolve open invoices.
\n
- Partner with AP and auditing teams internally to correct any invoice errors.
\n
- Identify trends and escalate if support is needed at a broader level to maintain on-time payment.
\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
\n
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
\n
- Fluent in English.
\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
- Ability to balance daily work, urgent issues, and follow‑up tasks.
\n
- Comfortable asking questions and working with different teams.
\n
- Strong analytical skills.
\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in supply chain, logistics, freight pay, or related field.
\n
- Experience with international shipments.
\n
- Experience working with carriers, vendors, or logistics partners.
\n
- Experience reviewing Statements of Account (SOA’s).
\n
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations.
\n
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and to work in teams.
\n
- Interest or experience in process improvement, standardization, or project support.
\n
- Prior experience using SAP and TMS applications.
