**What You’ll Own**:- **Own the flow**: Take full ownership of marketing project workflows in Asana and Notion, keeping everything visible, accurate, and on track.
- **Align across regions**: Work closely with teams in Europe, Africa, and the Tropics, clearly communicating timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- **Drive clarity and accountability**: Maintain detailed project plans, track ownership, and ensure briefs, assets, approvals, and handoffs are completed on time.
- **Spot and solve**: Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints before they slow progress—and escalate strategically when needed.
- **Keep momentum**: Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and follow-ups that keep work moving and teams aligned.
- **Inform and influence**: Provide marketing leadership with concise, actionable updates that make decision-making easy.
- **Improve and innovate**: Identify process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across the marketing organization.**Who You Are**:- A proactive, organized professional with 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations—ideally in marketing or creative teams.
- Obsessed with keeping projects on track, timelines clear, and documentation accurate.
- Clear, concise, and confident in communicating across teams, regions, and time zones.
- Anticipates problems before they become blockers and escalates appropriately.
- Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys keeping complex initiatives moving forward efficiently.**Must-Have Skills**:- Hands-on experience with Asana and Notion.
- Strong project tracking, documentation, and timeline management skills.
- Comfort coordinating across multiple teams, departments, and time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with near-native fluency in English.
