Su misión será fortalecer el vínculo entre los clientes y el concesionario, generando un acercamiento permanente a través de visitas periódicas, con el objetivo de relevar necesidades mecánicas, de mantenimiento y repuestos, promoviendo soluciones integrales alineadas a los estándares de la marca y contribuyendo a la fidelización y al desarrollo comercial del área.Tendrá un rol clave como nexo entre el cliente y el concesionario, asesorando en planes de mantenimiento y servicios de la marca, detectando oportunidades comerciales y canalizando internamente los requerimientos, reclamos y oportunidades de mejora identificadas en cada visita. Asimismo, participará activamente en el análisis del parque circulante y del comportamiento de los clientes, aportando información relevante para la toma de decisiones del área de Servicios.Dentro de sus principales tareas se encuentran:
  • Relevar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes, armando agendas de visitas y realizando prospección comercial.
  • Analizar el historial de los clientes y de sus unidades, identificando oportunidades de recuperación de clientes inactivos.
  • Realizar análisis de mercado considerando parque circulante y unidades que dejaron de asistir al concesionario.
  • Brindar asesoramiento técnico-comercial sobre los servicios de la marca, con foco en la venta proactiva de mano de obra.
  • Utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico como Tech Tool, aplicando un perfil técnico para la detección de fallas y necesidades.
  • Identificar y proponer acciones comerciales alineadas a los objetivos del área.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios de ventas y visitas realizadas.
Buscamos perfiles con formación técnica en mecánica o carreras afines, con conocimiento de los procedimientos del concesionario y del portafolio de servicios, y experiencia en atención al cliente.
Se valorará el manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office y la familiaridad con sistemas internos de Volvo como VCads, Impact, Trip Manager, GDS y Triage.
