Position Summary
This is an amazing opportunity to be a software engineer in a high-growth, high-potential startup.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications and tools.
You will work closely with PMs, designers, and other developers to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web experiences that drive engagement and business growth.
This role requires expertise in React.js for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services, along with a strong understanding of performance optimization, API integrations, and cloud-based deployment.
At Harness, we believe in a UX-first engineering approach across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for writing clean, killer code to create fantastic and user-friendly experiences.
You will be involved in all aspects of product design and user experience and will lead turning wireframes into polished and beautiful user interfaces.
Responsibilities
Produce high quality software solutions
Effectively communicate technical plans
Front-end and back-end development of Harness products/tools
Optimize database performance and ensure robust data security
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems
Implement prototypes, incubate new products
Driving innovation with new tools exploration
