The business focuses on developing long-term partnerships and building strong distribution networks across key markets.\nRole Overview\nWe're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead expansion in Argentina, with a focus on developing and scaling a network of distributors, agents, and channel partners.\nThis is an onsite role based in Buenos Aires. - Develop and execute market expansion strategies aligned with regional objectives

- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, agents, and channel partners
\n
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive revenue growth
\n
- Lead sales efforts for a portfolio of tools, office equipment, and related products
\n
- Support partners with go-to-market execution, pricing, promotions, and product positioning
\n
- Conduct market analysis covering competitors, pricing, and channel structures
\n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and market entry
\n
- Track performance and provide regular commercial insights
\n\nRequirements\n\n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
\n
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or distributor management
\n
- Experience selling tools, office equipment, or similar product categories
\n
- Strong understanding of the local distribution landscape in Argentina
\n
- Proven ability to build and scale partner networks
\n
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (Portuguese is required)
\n
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
