Your Mission
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for non-production materials and services.
Although such materials and services are not directly used in production, they are crucial for the company's operations and logistical support functions.
Specifically, this includes office supplies, IT hardware/software, maintenance services, marketing events, utilities, travel, and other services.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials while mitigating supply chain risks.
What You'll Be Doing
Participate in cross-departmental procurement projects, formulate procurement strategies, and promote cost reduction, efficiency improvement and process optimization through group process standardization, centralized procurement and other methods.
Oversee the entire procurement process for non-production materials such as logistics, marketing, administrative office supplies, and consulting services, including demand docking, sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiation, contract management, and SAP purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
Fully follow the procurement principles of fairness, transparency (traceability) and competition, conduct supplier and market research, promote supplier development, qualification review and supplier pool optimization, use the Group management system SRM to complete processes such as supplier onboarding, quotation and bidding, select suppliers and maintain cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers.
Lead business negotiations, cooperate with the legal department to complete the signing and filing of contracts, non-disclosure agreements and other documents, and ensure standardized processes and valid documents.
Monitor market trends and price benchmarking, conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations, track key performance indicators, promptly handle procurement abnormalities, and ensure supply continuity, competitiveness, and on-time and quality delivery of materials and services.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, with knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
Strong execution, high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure with good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
