About The Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team as a dedicated resource for a new client in the F&B;/Retail sector. Your primary goal will be to stabilise and manage the payroll process following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Execution: Stabilise, run, and manage the end‑to‑end payroll process for a dedicated client, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
SOP Compliance: Strictly follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying opportunities for process improvement and documentation.
System Management: Utilize payroll platforms (Paylocity, UKG, Gusto, or Paychex) to process adjustments, deductions, and tax filings.
Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy in the payroll system, performing regular audits and reconciliations.
Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned tasks, from data entry to final reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met without constant supervision.
