
Creative Strategist - Remote/APAC & EMEA

- Ideate, script, and build weekly direct-response creative briefs (UGC short-form, DR edits, statics)
- Own end-to-end production from brief → creator/editor handoff → QA → upload/naming → handoff to media buying team
- Partner with editors and designers; provide crisp, timely feedback to hit spec and deadlines
- Develop platform-native concepts with emphasis on direct-response video
- Take ownership of performance; hit monthly/quarterly creative OKRs tied to CPA/CAC and win rate
- Translate metrics (hook rate, hold, CTR, CVR, CPA) into weekly test plans and iteration priorities
- Collaborate with strategists and media buyers to set hypotheses, budgets, and success criteria
- Run the insight loop: analyze → codify learnings → decide → brief → launch; document in Notion
- Review ads performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Ideate new hooks/ads concepts and create briefs for video editors/graphic designers
- Maintain and expand angle library (problem + persona, stages of awareness)
- Track competitor/trend signals and market insights
- Manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment; communicate timelines, blockers, and trade-offs proactively.
- Proven experience in creative strategy role for US-based DTC brands selling physical products
- Deep understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketing
- Experience with Meta, Instagram, and YouTube advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
- Excellent project management and communication skills
