To support this mission, Syngenta’s is seeking a IT Business Solutions Latam in Buenos Aires; Argentina. This role will support the organization's digital transformation by bridging business needs and technology - designing, implementing, and managing IT solutions that improve processes and strategic outcomes, while acting as a trusted advisor, change catalyst, and IT&D; portfolio champion.\nAccountabilities\n\n
- Innovation & Change - Foster a culture of innovation, identify improvement opportunities, and turn ideas into actionable plans.
\n
- Technology Consulting - Advise on technology to enhance business processes, staying current with trends and conducting landscape assessments.
\n
- Solution Architecture & Project Management - Design scalable digital solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
\n
- IT&D; Portfolio - Lead regional/general portfolio initiatives, shaping IT strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
\n\nQualifications\n\n
- Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, ideally with exposure to commercial, finance, or P&S; processes.
\n
- Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams - translating requirements into clear, actionable inputs for developers.
\n
- Familiarity with SAP (SD desirable) and/or Salesforce (SFDC); knowledge of other CRM or ERP platforms is a plus.
\n
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint-based delivery).

- Open to digital transformation and AI tools - curiosity and willingness to learn is valued.
