Webflow Designer & Developer – LatAm (Contractor)We are partnering with a US-based boutique digital agency specializing in Webflow design and development . With a fully remote team and clients across industries, the agency delivers impactful B2B websites and digital experiences. They are now looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer to join their team on a contract basis.What You’ll Do- Collaborate with the design and development team to build, manage, and maintain Webflow websites.- Handle maintenance tasks such as updating pages, adding new content, and ensuring consistency across projects.- Support both ongoing maintenance (approximately 75% of workload) and new website builds.- Contribute to multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with strategic goals.- Participate in team workflows using Asana and other collaboration tools.What We’re Looking For- Strong skills in Webflow development and Figma design (ideally a 50/50 balance).- Familiarity with the Client-First Design System (Finsweet).- Bonus: Experience with the Lumos Framework and GSAP animations .- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and frameworks.- Comfortable with remote collaboration and working across multiple time zones.- Availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours (versátil number of hours).- A proactive, strategic, and responsive professional who aligns with the agency’s core principles.Nice to Have- Experience with Memberstack projects and AI integrations .- Background in digital agencies or client-focused environments.- Willingness to grow within established systems and frameworks.Why Join- Be part of a small but growing remote team with a collaborative and supportive culture.- Work on diverse projects with real impact.- Flexibility in hours with opportunities to grow in responsibility and scope.If this sounds like a good fit for you, apply directly on this page by submitting your portfolio and resume .
