- Identificar y analizar oportunidades comerciales en la región (mapeo de hoteles, necesidades, prioridades del negocio)
- Generar prospectos y leads; realizar contacto inicial con hoteles
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales, cotizaciones y materiales de presentación
- Realizar seguimiento activo del pipeline comercial y coordinar próximos pasos hasta la instancia de negociación/cierre (liderada por Manager)
- Ejecutar y coordinar procesos de Talento Wyndham post-firma (reclutamiento, screening, coordinación de entrevistas, seguimiento)
- Coordinar la preparación y adaptación de contenidos y capacitaciones del menú de Training by Wyndham junto a RRHH corporativo y equipos expertos
- Seguimiento operativo del servicio, experiencia del hotel, coordinación de facturación y reporting
- Formación universitaria o experiencia equivalente en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Relaciones Públicas, Hotelería, Turismo o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa en consultoras, servicios profesionales o RRHH con múltiples clientes
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en reclutamiento, capacitación y desarrollo organizacional, preferentemente en el sector hotelero o de servicios
- Experiencia en venta consultiva, gestión de servicios o roles con interacción comercial (muy valorado)
- Experiencia en coordinación de capacitaciones, programas de desarrollo o procesos de onboarding (deseable)
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación
- Idioma inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) - Portugues intermedio (deseable)
- Manejo de paquete office, herramientas digitales y plataformas de reclutamiento
