As a Financial Analyst, your mission is to strengthen Athyna’s financial operations by delivering accurate reporting, ensuring sound accounting practices, and supporting data‑driven strategic decision‑making. You’ll take ownership of core finance processes, provide insights into financial performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to help the business scale sustainably.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves working with numbers, is detail‑oriented, and can balance day‑to‑day financial operations with strategic thinking.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain financial reports, including P&L; statements and balance sheets.
Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Assist in managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely entries across all accounts.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision‑making.
Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with different departments to align financial planning with business goals.
