With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.**How will you contribute to our magical experience?**As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Preparing Annual Budget, Forecast & Five-year plan of some overhead expenses from LTAM region.
- Explaining & Analyzing P&L; variances & cause of change, evaluating Risk & Opps.
- Coordination with Accounting, SCCC team, and casual buyers to ensure all P&L; items are booked correctly.
- Perform Quarterly Closing & Forecast allocation processes & control P&L; impact in each LOB.
- Communication with different head departments (budget owners) in order to analyze their remaining budget (Actual vs Fcst) and their business financial strategy.
- Participation in process improvements w/different areas.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from LTAM & Other regions (US, EMEA)
- Collaborate in Headcount coding analysis in order to ensure each LTAM headcount is properly mapped in the correct LOB, department & territory.
- Prepare T&E; reports for different stakeholders and analyze Vigente vs Forecast.
- Upload AOP, Forecasts & Other reports to Nevarro.
- Download & Analyze SAP actual closing reports.
- Assist with other any overhead expense request.**What we need from you to be part of this story**:- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar roles.
- Upper intermediate level of English is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PP is required.
- Database Administration Knowledge
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Data Analytics / Power BI is preferred.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and interact with executives, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.**Additional information**:
