The goal is to increase the quality of SAP's products by enablement of the organization via audit reviews,knowledge transfer, increasing quality awareness, global alignment, and process improvement.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Provide first level assessment of Auditor output in compliance with internal and external (clients) policies asrequired.
- Review of reports from all Global Audit queues within the appropriate SLA.
- Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal calibrationsessions.
- Preparation, interpretation, and timely completion of accuracy data.
- Review client escalations as needed.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks such as collating own and QS team’s data and reporting details to QS Supervisor.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.**Experience & Educational Requirements**Experience & Language RequirementsFunctional Experience
- Competitive presentation and communication skills
- Instinctive comprehension
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Great attention to detail
- Eager to learn, be challenged, fail, succeed, and learn again
- At least a Successful rating in the past six (6) months
- No corrective action issued or not currently enrolled in AAP or PIP
