This role involves both hands-on work and managing others (internally and externally) across one or more of the following sub-disciplines:- UX Design (specifying the experience in using a product through flows & wireframes, interactive prototypes, etc. to ensure great usability)
- UI/ Visual Design (specifying the interface design of a product through colours, fonts, icons, animations and transitions, etc., to ensure it is beautiful as well as usable)
- UX Research (running research and testing with end users - usability testing, interviews, field trials, etc. - to gather insights for the designers to use)
