Disney’s Streaming & Digital Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative **Ad Operations Manager** to join our Operations team across our exciting brands.As a Manager of Ad Operations, you will lead a local operational team, ensuring the effective execution and monitoring of our comprehensive streaming and digital portfolio.**The manager of Digital Ad operations will be accountable for**:
Leading and supporting the local team in executing streaming and digital campaigns. This includes trafficking, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring delivery for both internal and external clients.You will manage a team of digital traffickers, guiding their development and providing support on project execution, training, workload balancing, advanced troubleshooting, and daily operations. You will also work closely with the regional team leader to report on performance, monitor business status, and share operational insights.This role oversees operational management of the LATAM streaming business, focusing on workflow improvements, billing enhancements, and collaboration with local Ad Sales teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Oversee the effective execution of streaming and digital ad campaigns.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Lead and support the local Ad Operations team.
- Provide daily updates on campaign status and team performance.
- Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns, making optimization recommendations.
- Support sales and clients with billing and reconciliation processes.
- Deliver best-in-class client service.
- Identify and escalate technical or operational issues as needed.**What we need from you to be part of this story**:- Proven experience in digital media and ad trafficking.
- Experience analyzing and compiling performance reports for digital advertising.
- Ability to interpret business trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration to test ideas and scale business impact.
- Experience managing custom advertising product development.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem; web development understanding is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working across technical and business teams.
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with ad serving and ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Operative 1).
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from digital performance data.
- Ability to build and maintain strong sales and client relationships.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.**Additional Information**:
