We help teams hire engineers who can own features end-to-end and operate effectively in remote environments.About This RoleWe are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to support a US-based startup building scalable digital products and internal systems.This role involves working across backend services, third-party integrations, and frontend application development. The adecuado candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end, collaborating with product and design teams, and adapting to different technical needs as the product evolves.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models- Develop and integrate third-party APIs and internal services- Implement frontend features and UI components- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code- Debug, test, and optimize application performance- Support document generation or workflow automation when required- Participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts- Maintain technical documentation for systems and features- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiencySoftware / Tools / Platforms- Frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Tailwind, Shadcn/UI, or similar)- Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar)- APIs and integrations (REST, GraphQL)- Databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, or similar)- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)- Version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab)- Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)- AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar)Qualifications- 3–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-leaning engineering roles- At least 3–5 years of freelancing or remote contractor experience- Strong experience building APIs, integrations, and backend services- Comfortable contributing to frontend applications- Experience with relational databases and data modeling- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or C2 level)- Strong ownership, reliability, and problem-solving skillsShift Schedule- Monday to Friday, overlapping with US business hours
