- Contribute to market research by identifying potential clients and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily communication, presentations, and visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its solutions.
- Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Work with CRM systems to manage accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level is required; advanced English is a plus, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong motivation to work in B2B sales (sales experience is an advantage).
- Organized, results-oriented, and driven personality.
- Ambition to achieve high earnings by working with innovative products.
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service or active sales (technology or telematics field is an advantage).
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
