- Ensure alignment between customer objectives, contractual commitments, and operational execution.
- Monitor portfolio health across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify cross-project risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive consistency in delivery methodology, governance structure, and reporting standards.
- Provide executive-level visibility into program performance through structured dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Support revenue forecasting, margin tracking, and financial performance management across projects.PMO Leadership & Governance- Lead and evolve the PMO framework, standards, and tools across the organization.
- Define and track delivery metrics (schedule adherence, budget variance, utilization, risk exposure, change management, etc.).
- Standardize templates, processes, and governance cadences across all projects.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and facilitate steering committee preparation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and retrospectives.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers to strengthen delivery maturity and consistency.
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Support project managers in managing client stakeholders.Define and Maintain the Delivery Methodology- Maintain project management standards, templates, and governance processes.
- Ensure consistent use of planning, reporting, and risk management practices.
- Adapt methodologies for different project types.Measure and demonstrate PMO value- Define KPIs for project delivery and portfolio performance.
- Monitor project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Report PMO performance and value to leadership.Project Management (Tactical Flex Role)- Directly manage strategic, high-risk, or high-visibility projects when required.
- Own project plans, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead project governance including status reporting, issue escalation, and risk management.
- Coordinate resources and support effort tracking and invoicing processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution where applicable.
- Maintain high-quality, well-documented deliverables through structured monitoring and follow-up.Customer & Executive Engagement- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership across multiple engagements.
- Communicate program-level status, risks, financial health, and mitigation plans to executives.
- Support statements of work, service definitions, and change orders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
- Support account growth by identifying improvement opportunities and future roadmap considerations.Leadership & Organizational Contribution- Foster a high-performance delivery culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Drive operational scalability to support company growth.
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.
- Support onboarding and development of new Project Managers and all other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust Have- Strong communication skills and fluent English, written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, Math or Business.
- 10+ years of professional experience with progressive responsibility in project and/or program management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple business transformation projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing SAP projects or alternatively delivering business transformation projects using other Enterprise-grade solutions or Management Consulting practices.
- Experience developing NEW PMO processes reducing friction, bureaucracy and improve effectiveness.
- Experience leading PMO functions, delivery governance, or portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of financial management in professional services (budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Smartsheets, JIRA, or equivalent project management tools.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage competing priorities.Nice-to-have/Plus- Experience designing or redesigning PMOs using PMO Value Ring as methodology: highly valued
- PMP/PMI certification or equivalent.- MBA or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes and associated service level metrics.
- Experience defining and implementing PMO frameworks or maturity improvements.
- Curiosity and strong interest in understanding how technical SAP supply chain solutions are designed and deployed.Work Location- North America CST time zone preferred.
- Primarily remote; minimal travel expected.
