You'll go beyond day-to-day HR support to drive reporting, insights, and process improvements across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be a key connector between People systems, compensation processes, and executive reporting - helping us make data-informed decisions and run efficiently at scale.The Impact You'll Make:HR Systems & Data Integrity:
- Support the day-to-day administration of SuccessFactor and related HR technologies, ensuring reliable system performance and data accuracy, focusing on the employee central module.
- Assist with system configuration, maintenance, bulk uploads, and testing activities to ensure HR tools effectively support business processes.
- Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR data and metrics, supporting quarterly reporting and ongoing people data requests for senior leadership.
- Support integrations between Successfactors and other business-critical systems (e.g., payroll, finance) by assisting with testing, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and operational systems management to drive innovation within the team.
- Support execution of compensation reviews (data prep, manager guides, audit)
- Maintain salary structures, career ladders, competencies, and variable pay programs, ensuring compensation structures are competitive, compliant, and clearly communicated
- Conduct internal compensation and equity benchmarking analyses
- Evaluate market trends and benchmarks to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to create competitive, market-aligned offers and internal mobility strategies..
- Be a guardian of internal policies, ensuring compliance and clarity across the organization.
- Stay current with best practices, regulatory changes, and market trends to maintain a proactive approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives spanning performance management, engagement, DEI, and internal communications-infusing each with a data-informed mindset.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Legal, Finance, and IT (e.g., audits, new tools)
- Collaborate with the HRBP, TA, and L&D teams to document and improve people processes
- +4 years in People Operations, HR Analytics, or a similar HR function
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be highly valued
- Strong analytical skills - experience with Excel/Google Sheets and HR dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or HRIS-native reporting)
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to or preparing content for senior leadership
- Advanced English Skills
- Ability to work with confidential data responsibly
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, and multiple HR Systems (ATS, PS, Analytics, etc)
- Startup/scaling company experience - is a plus
- Knowledge of comp and equity plans - is a plus
- Process mapping or automation tools - is a plus
