The role is primarily focused on personal life management, ensuring that the principals’ day-to-day lives run smoothly and efficiently outside of business operations.\nYou will manage travel, personal logistics, social calendars, and lifestyle coordination while acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and executes with precision. - Manage personal logistics including appointments, memberships, billing, and subscriptions

- Plan and book flights, hotels, and dining using optimal options (points, miles, or cash)

- Create detailed and thoughtful travel itineraries

- Coordinate schedules with partners and manage all travel logistics end-to-end

- Handle last-minute changes efficiently with minimal disruption

- Maintain a personal CRM for relationships with friends, family, and contacts

- Coordinate and send thoughtful gifts for important occasions

- Manage and organize social schedules and events

- Plan meaningful gatherings and experiences

- Conduct in-depth research across lifestyle, travel, and service categories

- Provide structured, opinionated recommendations with clear reasoning
