You will work closely with Account Executives and marketing to identify, engage, and convert high value prospects into sales opportunities.This is a remote role based in Latin America with required overlap with U.S. and/or European business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedInBuild and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorQualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personasBook qualified discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate CRM records in HubSpotTrack and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionContinuously test and optimize messaging to improve reply and booking ratesCollaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting strategyRequirements2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales as an SDR or BDRProven experience prospecting into U.S. and/or European marketsStrong experience with HubSpot (CRM management and reporting)Hands on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorFluent English (C1 or C2 level required)Native or fluent SpanishStrong written and verbal communication skillsMetrics driven mindset with consistent quota achievementAbility to work aligned with U.S. and/or European time zonesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in early stage or high growth SaaS environmentsExperience selling into mid market or enterprise accountsExperience running multi touch outbound sequencesSuccess Indicators (First 3 to 6 Months)Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting booking targetsGenerating qualified pipeline aligned with defined ICPMaintaining high CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in HubSpotImproving reply and conversion rates through messaging optimizationBecoming a reliable pipeline contributor for the sales teamCompensation & LogisticsRemote position based in Latin AmericaFull time roleUSD compensation based on experienceRequired overlap with U.S. and/or European business hoursCompany OverviewOur client is a growing B2B SaaS company focused on expanding its presence in the Americas markey.
