The positionExecution and management of all demand planning activities for assigned countries either related to HP or AH business according to Boehringer Ingelheim guidelines and pocesses.Actively conduct the assigned S&OP; meetings and keep all master data updated on systems.Inventory management on respective countries/business.Tasks and responsabilities+ Coordinate and conduct the S&OP; cycle, facilitating the creation a robust demand forecast across the operating horizon, by working closely with customer and commercial and supply chain contacts.+ Plan and monitor the supply of finished products and/ or samples either for imported products or products manufactured at local CMOs.+ Monthly follow up of inventory levels, safety stocks, destructions.+ Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate demand planning process.+ Prepare analysis, reports and statistics related to Demand Planning and forecasting function.+ Provide input to EOQ annual revision process.+ Maintain SKU replenishment master data.+ Manage supply planning process for locally sourced SKUs to ensure meeting set service level targets.+ Ensure that finished goods stocks across regional network and service levels are in line with annual targets.+ Ensure logistics preparation and execution in preparation of launch and change implementation.+ Ensure launch and changes implementation for Business according to the procedures and launch readiness processes.+ Alignement with local Quality fucntions to ensure priorities as needed in relation to local release of goods.+ Act as regional Key user for assigned systems.Requirements+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or a related field.+ Multiple years of experience in category management, supply managment, or a related field, with knowledge of strategic leadership and supplier management.+ Excellent Mental fortitude & growth skill.+ Strong negotiation skill.+ Advanced English.+ Microsoft Excel & Power BI.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.Required Skill ProfessionOther General
