Beeflow’s team of experts includes biologists, ecologists, entomologists, agronomists, and entrepreneurs.**About the role**We are looking for a People Experience Analyst to ensure the People department’s operations run smoothly and effectively.The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle. As part of your job description, you will ensure the smooth running of our offices and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. You will also work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive's working life supporting daily operations, logistics, and other project-based support.This role reports to the Director of People. This position is full-time and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina with occasional travelling to California.**Responsibilities**:**
People**:- Assist in recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboardings
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain employee files and records updated
- Manage travel arrangements for business trips
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Help with the organization and logistics for in-house or off-site activities, such as staff meetings, celebrations and special events (in-person and online)
- Assist in offboardings of people who leave the company**Operations / Facilities**:- One of your first projects will be coordinating the move to a new office in California (both remotely and on site). This includes but it's not limited to: managing the relationship with contractors and vendors to have the office up and running, buying all furniture and equipment necessary and managing communications with our team regarding the move.
- Serve as the focal point person for office management duties, including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment and Errands.
- Liaise with facility management vendors in the US, including cleaning, maintenance and security services.
- Manage the relationship with our co-working in Buenos Aires
- Coordinate with our IT supplier on all office equipment**Requirements**:- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar position
- Availability for occasional travel to California (having a US B1/B2 Visa or European Passport)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Fluent in Spanish and English**Will be a plus**:- Experience working in a startup.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR, Gusto, etc.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Workable, etc.
