- Process Handling: Facilitates and drives the ETS processes to completion
- Performs initial review of tax compliance for business travelers and evaluates completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of proposed transaction/requests.
- Customer Handling: Promptly crafts responses to a range of inquiries
- Apply analytical and project management methodology and tools
- Cross-functional Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with business tax teams in EY globally to ensure the initiation of compliance requirements
- This role requires interaction with EY business leaderships including Partners to gather details about the engagement, secure required approval for cost etc
- Diligent Follow-ups: Maintain a proactive approach to follow-ups, ensuring all relevant and required data is timely submitted for assessment
- Consultation and Support: Educate travelers with various risk involved in cross border travel and importance of being complaint to rules and regulations. Provide tiered support to users, addressing queries related to cross border travel and troubleshooting tool-related issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Work independently to meet the onshore CBTS ETS Manager requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist with the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of risk management tools and systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Update and maintain the integrity of data within risk management systems, guaranteeing both accuracy and completeness.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing task updates and engaging in discussions aimed at process optimization.
- Take part in training sessions to enhance your understanding and proficiency in risk management practices and tools.
- Keep up with of the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments that may influence risk management procedures.

- Education: Graduate/post-graduate with commerce/Finance background
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Certification Requirements: Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, with competency in MS excel
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
