We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack .NET Developer with in-depth experience in the Microsoft development ecosystem to modernize the legal practice management position demands not only technical excellence but also the ability tooperatewithin a structured,metric-driven engineering system. Success means delivering both high-quality features and disciplined, predictable outputs.
Requirements:3+ years of professional experience in .NET backend development.
Strong understanding of front-end development with at least two of the following: React, Angular, jQuery, TypeScript.
Understanding of building, maintaining, and debugging RESTful APIs and microservices.
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning.
Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET for data access.
Experience deploying and hosting applications on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Strong written and verbal communication.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.Nice to have:Experience using AI coding tools to automate or accelerate development tasks.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation.
Experience with mobile app development using Xamarin or React Native.
Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.Responsibilities:Implement and maintain a service-oriented architecture.
Write secure, performant backend code for microservices.
Participate actively in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and team retrospectives.
Contribute to system design discussions and ensure designs adhere to architectural standards.
