- Lead creative ideation and development of campaign concepts rooted in strong visual storytelling
\n
- Translate briefs into compelling creative work: from web banners, paid and organic social posts, and key visuals to mood boards & mockups
\n
- Partner with copywriters to ensure copy and visuals on all creative are in sync and work in harmony
\n
- Guide the execution of creative assets during ideation and production, providing feedback and oversight.
\n
- Craft strategically-sound, persuasive presentations and confidently pitch creative work to clients and stakeholders.
\n
- Structure ideas with a clear, strategic point of view
\n
- Offer constructive critique and alternative solutions during creative problem-solving
\n
- Skilled at refining and elevating creative work to align with strategic objectives and brief requirements
\n
- Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with clients and agency members to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
\n
- Ability to present, pitch, and create concepts in English.
\n\nWe expect you to have the following skills:\n\n
- +2 years experience working as art director.
\n
- +1 working for international brands preferred
\n
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus.
\n
- Proficiency in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel; and Keynote.
\n
- Strong art direction for innovative formats and layouts.
\n
- Enthusiastic team player, curious, and eager to grow and learn. Adaptable and open to working in an agile environment.
\n
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
\n
- An innovative approach to the execution of advertising.
\n
- A thorough understanding of social media, including the main features, benefits, and limitations of all major social platforms.
