Join us and make it happen!\nThis Accounts Payable position has an exciting role with a large scope; integrating various processes such as invoice processing, treasury tasks, payments in various currencies, chart of accounts coding, and vendor account reconciliations for WW Supply Chain Solutions formerly known as ALS.\nJob Description\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nResponsibilities\nThis position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of global supplier invoices and their payments through execution of the following activities:\n\n
- Validate relevant invoice fields (date, currency, vendor code, etc.)
\n
- Process supplier invoices through Basware P2P system in a daily basis for various sites
\n
- Code invoices to correct cost account based on AI tool and chart of accounts
\n
- Keep constant communication with Operations and Administrative areas for invoice approval and queries
\n
- Generate pay proposals in different currencies, bank platforms and payment methods
\n
- Perform bank account postings in finance system for transactions in EUR, GBP, USD, SEK and NOK
\n
- Review supplier statements and provide remittance details
\n
- Propose the use of Spend Plans for recurring invoices to automate invoice processing
\n
- Support the use of PO system in basware to match invoices
\n
- Comply with department KPI’s
\n
- Ensure internal and external controls are met
\n\nJob Requirements\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nA successful applicant for this role will possess the following:\n\n
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field
\n
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience working in Finance or Accounting area
\n
- Billingual (Englis/Spanish)
\n
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills including data verification in system.
\n
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
\n
- Detailed oriented with high level of concentration and process compliance
\n
- Intermediate/advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\n
- Fast learner and self-motivated team player
\n
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
\n
- Experience in General Ledger coding of expenses is a plus
