About The Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, catalog valuation, and transaction preparation across music rights portfolios. This role will work closely with the advisory team to analyze catalog performance, build financial models, and prepare materials used in strategic transactions involving music intellectual property assets. The idóneo candidate has experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or corporate finance, and is comfortable working with financial data and complex revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & ModelingAnalyze revenue streams across music catalogs (streaming, publishing, masters, sync, etc.)
Build and maintain financial models to forecast earnings and valuation scenarios
Evaluate performance trends across catalogs and revenue sources
Support valuation analysis and financial projectionsTransaction & Advisory SupportPrepare financial materials for catalog transactions
Support investor presentations and transaction summaries
Organize financial data for due diligence processes
Review and assess transaction terms and financial proposalsData & Financial ReportingConsolidate financial data across multiple sources and entities
Prepare reports and summaries for internal decision‑making
Support development of dashboards and structured analyses
