**We help the world run better**UX and Fiori Extensibility Senior ConsultantPURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESIn this role you will be working in the SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise Latin America (CoE LAC). Focus of this team is to drive innovation and adoption of SAP latest technologies as well as providing expert advisory and support to our SAP Premium Customers. Within a short time, you will gain unique technical expertise in implementation, operation, monitoring and support for specific SAP solutions.We seek for a Senior Consultant to deliver services for our segment of SAP Premium customers throughout the region, focused on UX, Fiori & Extensibility, covering design, architecture, strategy, assessment, optimization, execution, integration, validation, and empowering workshops.SAP CoE experts can perform highly specialized services, their goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operations while leveraging innovation to become an Intelligent Enterprise.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver services in complex environments for specific areas for the top customer segment.
- Develop comprehensive service plans for customers by positioning the PE Services Portfolio.
- Deliver technical integration validation, including performance analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes, data consistency analysis, and check performance and transactional correctness.
- Provide first class remote and on-site support to our customers for solving technical problems and improvement of their systems availability and stability.
- Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade, etc.) when required.
- Programming expertise to support SAP Extensibility tasks, using ABAP and JAVA technologies, HANA SQL Script is a plus.
- Take over back-office responsibilities as a de-escalation architect and develop and execute de-escalation plans for critical customers.
- Deal with the newest SAP product releases and technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform, particularly in the area of BTP Extension Suite and/or BTP Mobile services.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Senior expert in SAP UX technologies, focused on SAP Fiori, including on-premise and cloud deployments, covering architecture, Fiori apps activation, deployment and development of extensions, Fiori elements, Launchpad configuration and security, certification is desired.
- SAP BTP Extension suite expert, capable of developing in-app or side-by-side extensions, certification is desired.
- Advanced JAVA programming skills, covering JavaScript with experience managing XML, WebServices, OData services, RESTful services, APIs and SOAP. SAP ABAP programming skills are a plus.
- Advanced programming skills related to UX and frontend development, including UI5, HTML5, CSS, Node.js and tools like GIT.
- Knowledge on BTP environments (Neo and Cloud Foundry) is desired.
- Knowledge about software architecture models, involving on premise, hybrid, cloud and multi-cloud system landscapes (understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including hyperscalers.
- Knowledge in at least one SAP solution such as NetWeaver, SAP HANA and/or SAP BTP is desired.
- Cloud Foundry, Cloud Native Application and CAP development experience is a plus.
- Expertise in Security topics (SSO, HTTPS) would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- You are willing to travel across Latin America for short periods of time.
- You enjoy working in international teams.
- Spoken and written English is a must.EDUCATION
- University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or Informatics.WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience as SAP Fiori specialist in at least three large scale projects.
- Experience as developer of at least 1 complex Extension in SAP BTP.
- Experience as Java Developer in at least one project.
