We need someone who moves with agility in startup ecosystems, is deeply curious about innovation (especially AI), and thrives on anticipating needs, solving problems before they happen, and making things smoother, sharper, and simpler.ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Inbox Management: Ensure the CEO's time is aligned with top priorities, managing meetings, follow-ups, and focus time.Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international trips, optimizing for cost, convenience, and schedule efficiency.Meeting Preparation: Provide agendas, context, and briefing notes; follow up on key outcomes.Ecosystem Awareness: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and relevant movements in the startup and AI space.Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with partners, investors, team members, and external collaborators.Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in how the CEO works and makes decisions.Personal Time Protection: Proactively block time for rest, thinking, and personal commitments.Light Personal Support: Assist with select personal matters that require organization, follow-up, or discretion.Life-Work Fusion Support: Be comfortable navigating and supporting a CEO whose personal and professional lives are deeply intertwined, handling both with care and flexibility.Strategic Anticipation: Spot and flag blind spots, challenges, and opportunities before they surface.RequirementsGraduated in Business Administration/Communication/Law or related.3 years of relevant experience in similar positions.Analytical Capacity.Paquete office.2+ years of experience directly supporting a CEO or founder in a fully remote setting.Fluency in both English and Spanish – this is essentialStrong familiarity with startup culture, remote work dynamics, and executive-level communicationsDeep interest in AI, tech, and business ecosystemsImpeccable organizational skills and a proactive mindset — you don't wait to be askedHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and excellent written and verbal communicationTech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and digital productivity tools.Ability to adapt quickly to change, stay calm under pressure, and tolerate ambiguity or frustration in fast-moving environments.Benefits
