Develop and maintain web and mobile applications
Work across frontend and backend technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features
Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code
Troubleshoot and optimize performance
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Communicate technical ideas and improvements

Requirements:

3+ years of Full-Stack or Backend development experience
Experience with React, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working across multiple tech stacks
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work in remote collaborative environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with React Native or mobile development
Experience with WordPress or Rails
Experience working on complex multi-stack projects
