As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment needsIdentify relevant channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirementsMeasure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomesEnsure effective candidate relationship management strategies are managed to build strong relationships with the passive candidate communityPartner with the recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searchesLead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions.Be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectivenessProfileDemonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environmentPrior RPO experience would be a plusEffective communication and listening skillsExperience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilitiesFluency in both German and English is requiredInternal Mobility at Korn FerryIf you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.
