**12 pm to 9 pm (GMT -3), Fully Remote****Billing Team**This team is an important part of our company since they are responsible for overseeing the administration of the charges related to our vehicle maintenance, reservations and internal expenses.The
** Billing specialist **will work within the Internal Collections division and report directly to their Supervisor. This is largely an administrative role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.**In this position, you will be responsible for**:
Administration of internal expensesRun declined transactionsBe the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders- Administration of the charges related to our fleet maintenance**Requirements**:

Must be very organized with a high level of attention to detailAbility to multi-task; must have excellent time management skillsAdministrative experience
- Google Sheets/Excel skills
