- Go above and beyond for your clients, ensuring the successful use of the OneLocal platform from the moment the contract is signed
- Collaborate with our merchant to collect requirements essential for shaping their website development
- Guide clients through the process of accessing their social media platforms, assisting in obtaining credentials or granting access as needed.
- Manage multiple, concurrent client activation projects independently
- Be proactive in addressing client issues or potential issues to help reach our client's desired outcome
- Understand our full marketing suite and be able to ensure our clients find value in the use of our platform as quickly as possible
- Managing ongoing client communications and reporting on client status and happiness to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing project risk to ensure timely, on-budget project execution and closure
- Preparing project documents and providing training to clients
- Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients
- Addressing and resolving client issues with the help of team members across OneLocal, presenting action plans and recommendations to resolve issues, including occasional on-call after-hours assistance for the support team**Essential Qualifications and Experiences**
- Dedication to prioritizing our customers' success and a commitment to going above and beyond to achieve it.
- Experience in customer-facing project management, effectively utilizing internal resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least one year of experience as an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist.
- Proficiency in managing fast-paced environments, and adapting to shifting timelines and priorities.
- Ability to assess customer needs and align them with our product offerings.
- Skilled in building strong client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
- Willingness to challenge conventional thinking and contribute fresh perspectives.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to follow-up.**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Experience with small and medium businesses is advantageous but not required.
- Previous involvement in SaaS organizations, marketing agencies, or tech startups.
- Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile, with a proven track record of boosting small business growth.
- Knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, particularly in website design using platforms such as Duda, WordPress, or Shopify.
- Familiarity or experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
