- Gain business acumen, discussing ROI and process efficiency with senior leaders.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, connecting platform usage to business-level and C-level objectives.
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks, orchestrating multi-team mitigation plans when needed.
- Maintain Avature's reputation of providing superior customer service and strategic guidance.
- Manage a select portfolio of strategic customers and lead their success plans.
- Scope and oversee change-request projects end-to-end: requirements, internal coordination, and delivery assurance.
- Hold strategic alignment sessions, roadmap briefings, and value reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Analyze platform usage and health metrics to identify adoption trends, risk signals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Guide customers on best practices and technical capabilities to maximize their investment in Avature.
- Partner with the Renewals team to ensure seamless contract execution and win-win terms.
- Continuously update your knowledge of Avature's evolving platform, including new features, AI developments, and industry trends.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture, matching specific Avature solutions to each client's business objectives.
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of leading complex projects and navigating ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Capable of grasping and explaining technical concepts in clear, business-oriented terms.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical users and senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with large multinational companies, navigating complex and global stakeholder maps.
- Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies will be highly valued.
- Familiarity with HR-tech solutions such as ATS, HCM, and functional HR platforms (e.g., talent acquisition, talent management, learning).
- Fluency in AI tools and analytics models-such as Gen-AI copilots and prompt engineering-to accelerate day-to-day work, support decision-making, and enhance customer enablement.
