You'll be a technical leader on your Scrum team, partnering with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DBAs to deliver high-quality software that solves real customer problems.\nMore Specifically, You Will\n\n
- Mentor and coach fellow software engineers, sharing technical knowledge and raising the bar across the team
\n
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of complex software applications and solutions
\n
- Champion a culture of code quality, continuous learning, and growth throughout the department
\n
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to technical design documentation, release notes, and bug fix documentation
\n
- Follow and improve Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices
\n
- Design and perform testing protocols to ensure fully tested, production-ready releases
\n
- Leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle -- from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, debugging, and documentation -- to accelerate delivery and improve quality
\n
- Stay current on emerging technologies by participating in knowledge shares, attending conferences, and engaging with the broader developer community
\n\nWhat We Need From You\n\n
- 8+ years of proven success in software engineering using object-oriented programming and web application technology
\n
- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot Microservices
\n
- Version control using Git/GitHub and working knowledge of IIS configuration
\n
- Experience developing software in Azure is a plus
\n
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and software quality across the development lifecycle
\n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, fully remote environment
\n
- Comfort working within an Agile development process
