- The LATAM Payroll Analyst supports the Latam Payroll Manager in payroll processes by performing the different tasks related payroll.
- Argentina: Responsible for compiling the information and verifying is correctly to be informed to the external vendor
- Main contact with the payroll external vendor, to ensure the accuracy of the payroll calculation
- Collaborate with migrations and implementation/ deployments of new the payroll provider. (SafeGuard)
- Ensure compliance with the calendars of each of the countries
- Collaborate on process harmonization of the different entities.
- Collaborate on the assessment and documentation of the payroll processes for the region.
- Collaborate on internal and external audits as a focal point.**Areas of Responsibility**Key elements and required for the role.**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**
- Support HR inquires related to payroll.
- Collaborate on compiling statistics and reports on a regular basis as well as ad hoc requests as well as Year-end reporting**Areas of Accountability**Where applicable, provide information about the size of the organization managed, operating budget, revenue accountability, number of employees or other quantitative data pertinent to this position.
