- Translate forecasts and historical usage into clear material requirements
- Monitor usage trends and adjust plans to reflect changes in demand
- Maintain accurate planning data and ensure consistency across systems\nSupply Coordination & Risk Management\n
- Track supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Identify potential shortages or delays early and take corrective action
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues
- Communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation plans proactively\nOperational Support\n
- Support planning activities aligned with production schedules
- Maintain and update material data to ensure accuracy
- Monitor inventory health, including shortages and excess stock
- Prepare and share reports on planning performance and risks\nProcess Improvement\n
- Identify opportunities to improve planning and inventory processes
- Contribute to more efficient and reliable ways of working
- Support initiatives that enhance visibility and control across the supply chain\nExperience & Education\n
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or materials management
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nSkills\n
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Solid understanding of inventory and planning processes
- Experience working with planning systems and tools
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting\nWorking Style\n
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
