We are partnering with a U.S.-based company operating at scale, where efficient supply chain and material planning are critical to maintaining continuous operations and supporting growth.\nAs part of its expanding operations, the company is looking for a\nSupply Planner to take ownership of material availability, inventory balance, and planning accuracy.\nThis position plays a key role in ensuring production continuity by aligning demand, supply, and inventory while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.\nRole Overview The Supply Planner is responsible for managing material flow across the operation, ensuring that production requirements are met without excess inventory or disruption.\nThe role focuses on maintaining balance between availability and efficiency, improving planning processes, and working closely with internal teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.\nKey ResponsibilitiesMaterial Planning & Inventory\n- Ensure materials are available to meet production demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels
- Translate forecasts and historical usage into clear material requirements
- Monitor usage trends and adjust plans to reflect changes in demand
- Maintain accurate planning data and ensure consistency across systems\nSupply Coordination & Risk Management\n
- Track supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Identify potential shortages or delays early and take corrective action
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues
- Communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation plans proactively\nOperational Support\n
- Support planning activities aligned with production schedules
- Maintain and update material data to ensure accuracy
- Monitor inventory health, including shortages and excess stock
- Prepare and share reports on planning performance and risks\nProcess Improvement\n
- Identify opportunities to improve planning and inventory processes
- Contribute to more efficient and reliable ways of working
- Support initiatives that enhance visibility and control across the supply chain\nExperience & Education\n
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or materials management
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nSkills\n
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Solid understanding of inventory and planning processes
- Experience working with planning systems and tools
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting\nWorking Style\n
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills across teams
